The system employed for typesetting had the following software installed:
The figures were prepared in Corel DRAW (v. 14) using graphical input data in vector format (.eps files) from MATLAB, and lossless raster format (.png/.tiff files) from POV-Ray, VMD, and Corel PHOTO-PAINT programs. Each figure was exported from Corel DRAW as PDF metafile in order to use these PDF files as input for MiKTeX.
